A CSS alumni working at Compudyne has asked me to share this job posting with you. They are looking for either an intern or a full time employee…
Be a part of something big.
Compudyne is celebrating 25 years of supporting businesses, large and small, with IT resources that drive success. We’re the region’s leading provider of remote and on-site IT services, network consulting, hardware/software installation and high speed business internet services. Most importantly, we explore cutting-edge, secure solutions that help our clients become more efficient and more connected.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with in-house engineers to pave the way of streamlined internal programs and processes. To succeed, you need to be self-sufficient and understand full-stack development. This is a fast-paced, constantly-evolving environment, so you’ll need to be up for a challenge, and also willing to hit the ground running.
Develop your skills.
Going in, you need to have 2+ years of development experience. To stand out as a candidate, you’ll have a strong understanding of the following:
- UI/UX, responsive design and Photoshop
- RESTful web services
- AJAX, JSON, XML
- Cross-browser compatibility testing
Here are some other desirables:
- GitHub / Stack Overflow reputation
- Java or object-oriented programming
- RDBMs / SQL Server
- GIT experience
- Elasticsearch experience
- JIRA familiarity
We appreciate our employees and want to prove it. Compudyne combines competitive wages and flexible environment with an excellent bonus package that includes Medical, Dental, Group Life and Disability Insurance, 401K and PTO. We also provide numerous perks to continually thank you for your hard work.
Join our team.
We like to work with people who can communicate clearly to clients and coworkers alike. We actively look for people who want to constantly learn and grow their skill set. Every day is a new challenge, and we’re always seeking ways to help our team get better at what we do. Not only do we work hard, most of us appreciate a competitive game of ping-pong, too. If that’s you, we want you on our team. We look forward to hearing from you!
