The candidate will work on several HPC applications (WRF, NAMD) to use the GPUs in addition to running Linpack. They will also work on the true scale capabilities on an 84-node iDataPlex with a Qlogic switch. The student will help us compare the performance of Qlogic True Scale vs Mellanox/Voltaire stack.
