Job Title: Intern – SW Engineer Requisition Number: 14601 Functional Area: Engineering Work Location: S&IS (Sensors) – Burnsville, MN Job Description Summary: Goodrich Sensor Systems, a leader in the design and manufacturing of sensor and precision instrumentation for commercial, military, and business and regional jet aircraft worldwide has an immediate opening for a Software Engineering Intern. We are seeking a college student in the field of computer or software engineering to support the development, qualification and field support of aerospace sensors and systems. Background in Matlab, Simulink and C language software design is desired with experience in analog and digital circuit analysis/design a plus. The selected candidate will work with the Guidance, Navigation and Controls Development Team within Sensor Systems, Goodrich Corporation. Good communication skills will be required to support technical communications. This individual will need to work with limited written and verbal direction, and be able to work well in a fast paced team environment. This position involves embedded software in an analog sensing technologies environment. Basic Qualifications: Will have, at least, completed sophomore year in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science. % Travel Required: 0%
