Daily Job Duties:
The Customer Service/Help Desk Specialist will receive, manage, and resolve inbound customer service/support inquiries Will also Assist in maintaining overall governmental guidelines that pertain to these
Web sites and create and edit client web sites.
Customer Service/Help desk Specialists start at $28-30k We also offer a benefit package after just 45 days of employment and paid holidays after 90 days for all full time employees!

Qualifications: Position requirements:
• 3-5 years related customer service experience required or equivalent in experience with related products or industries.
• Basic HTML.
• Strong phone presence, high level of professionalism
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SHIFTS FROM 7am to 7pm
