- Respond to application inquiries via inbound telephone and electronic messaging
- Respond to inquiries within established time frames and service levels
- Track and monitor unresolved inquiries to ensure timely resolution
- Associates Degree or 2 – 5 years of relevant software support work experience
- Applicable knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within the field of technology
- Strong problem solving abilities required
- Advanced written and spoken communication skills
- SIETE – ability to be responsive, kind, courteous, respectful, professional, listen, and provide answers
