BioScrip is interested in a recent college grad, or an individual with limited work experience. This is a point of entry position with mentoring and coaching by the IT team, in an organization that is in a build stage of development.

Quality Assurance Analyst I

Position Summary:
o QA Analyst position establishes and enforces compliance of quality standards to ensure all information system products and services meet acceptable standards and end-user requirements. Works with users, business analysts, designers, and programmers to perform work flow analysis and software testing. Establishes and maintains test plans, test cases, test data, and test tools. Documents, evaluates, and tracks program testing results. Recommends program improvements.
Qualifications: Expertise:
• College grads with IT Technology or Business Degree

Qualifications (Required):
• BS in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field.
• 0-2 years IT experience in a software testing or quality assurance role.

Desired Skills:
 Understanding of computer programming languages (C#, VB, Java). Course work and/or experience with writing software applications.
 Experience working in a pharmaceutical or healthcare-related industry.
 Knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
 Knowledge of SQL and the concepts of relational databases.
 Experience using test automation tool to create automated functional test scripts.
