Job Description: IBM is actively recruiting talented individuals for entry level openings at our new Dubuque, Iowa Technical Services Center that will provide maintenance and monitoring of computer hardware and systems to IBM’s business clients in the United States. This NEW Technical Services Center will support US Strategic outsourcing clients, providing server systems operations and security services including maintenance and monitoring of computer hardware and software systems. This Center is focused on increasing delivery quality that brings together all of IBM worldwide service delivery capabilities for Strategic Outsourcing.
The positions we are currently recruiting for are supporting a wide range of entry level SAP, SAN/DISK, Backup Recovery, UNIX, Malware, Middleware and Websphere service line products and systems. Specifically we are seeking talented entry level Technical Support Specialists to come in and be responsible for providing support for problem and change tickets for client server support operations. These incumbents will assess situations to determine problem facing the client. Problems are not routine or standardized and the creation of documentation explaining the solution to the problem is required.
